a low sodium SMALL can of tomato juice (can is like those lil' apple juice cans, ya know?) w/ bloody mary mix is 0 points!!! Unless I drink 2 of them, then it is 1 pt.

You crack me up.

Took the boys to Lifetime Fitness (a mega fitness club with everything imaginable including a spa and cafe) on a seven day free trial today to get J's swimming requirements for 2nd class in boys scouts done. Worked out beautifully - the aquatics director of the whole place who has trained with olympic coaches signed off on the requirements for him, then offered him a free lesson to get him up to speed to join his swim team and mentioned how athletic he is. So funny - every coach who he has tried a sport with says that, I asked this guy why and he said he had awesome eye hand coordination. Interesting! Didn't know that made athleticism. He said too it's good to get them in a sport during puberty because that's when their muscles develop. That explains why swimmers have those swimmer shoulders later on in life. He also taught him rescue methods and signed on the requirements for that. So awesome! We ended up staying all evening from 4-8pm, playing basketball and rock climbing. I made it all the way to the top on the medium one on the first try! Then I did the hard one and got about 4 feet from the top twice. Whew - what a workout.

Then we went down their awesome water slides. The lifeguards were playing games with the boys giving S a head start to make him win in racing. J got his feelings hurt. I told him the lifeguards knew he was old enough to know they were helping S and he wasn't really winning, so really he was working in cahoots with the lifeguards and letting his little brother have a victory he doesn't get that often. He seemed okay after that. Hopefully S still felt the victory though cause J had gone down ahead of him a few times before that and said he won before they got into it and I told J what I told him.

So I'm counting the rock climbing as 30 minutes of moderate to intense workout so 2 pts.

Half avocado/turkey sandwich - 5 pts
.25 ounce bbq pirates booty - 0 pts
.25 ounce original sun chips - 1 pt
One cup fruit, mostly cantaulope - 1 pt

So 20 points including this morning - damn not having enough room for ice cream.

Did you do p90x or hair?

Doing hair :( AND getting my hair done! I'm afraid to do p90x in the morning, but I might just have to bite the bullet.
that's awesome on the gym...how much is it a month if you joined? that seems like an awesome opportunity for the fam...wish we had one here???

didn't eat anything else...so i'm at 18 and will be busy the rest of the night...no time to think of food! YES!

By the way, it's so {meant to say so NOT} much easier for me to lose weight than you - I've been sitting right at 107 for a week now. I was 106 this morning for the first time, though. Yay!
