So I actually followed through with my dinner plan. For reals this time:
Huge romaine salad with bell pepper, asparagus, beets, and balsamic - 0 pts
One artichoke (minus the heart cuz that was a point) - 0 pts
The salad sorta filled me up, but I was glad I made the artichoke cause I was still hungry.
So staying at 21.5 if I can resist the ice cream urge. Plus I did my exercises which is a mild workout so maybe one point for that - then I'm only a point and a half over.
The popovers sound delish. Go E!

My scale only does half pounds :( . I heard you say blahblahblah.2 this morning and had a little scale envy.

Go me!! 30 minutes of cardio with my heart rate riding at 80%-90% so between 157 and 186. Definitely think I need to go right before I pick up the boys so I don't eat, but at least I'm eating low point items.

Were your three egg whites and one whole egg good? I might try that for protein as well.
