I've been eating late at night, so i think that is my biggest problem. if i quit eating at 4:30 i'd lose the weight!!

I just had a mega huge dinner w/ the fam...lots of wt. rice, wheat berries (new thing at costco, basically like rice, but w/ whole wheat), tiny bit of chicken (cuz who likes protein?!), salad, cucumbers w/ dip, steamed spinach, nothing really healthy, so lots of points. and when the kids go to bed i'm going to eat bananas w/ fudge and whipped cream, oh yeah!
tomorrow night is em's bday celebration w/ the fam and i'm having an ice cream sundae. i'll start again on tuesday. everything in balance ;-)
i did do 20 min. of p90x on fri night and am still SO sore. I'll continue that probably on tues. too. why bother today or tomorrow?!
yeah, i had my extra points this morning in a blueberry pancake and a half... not even gonna count the points on it now.
We get them at Costco. They have two kinds - Chipotle Black Bean ones are in the freezer section and are yummy and a bit spicy. The ones we have right now are in the fridge section and are Don Lee Farms Veggie Patties. They're yummy too but have more of a fresh taste than a burger taste.

So far, tuna salad, canned tuna w/ spicy mustard and celery and seasoning added, on top of romaine and tomatoes. pretty dang yummy, actually!
only 3 pts!!! and I'm totally full!!! I'll add a pt for the mustard and seasoning (lawry's seasoning salt) just in case.

We need to add our weight on these...it helps me keep track. I'm at the beginning weight again :( 144.6 this morning.
Adding weight is a good idea... I started at 111 at night, was down to 107.5 last night. We'll see what I'm at tonight cause I let my slippage happen today.

Wow - total is still only 19 points. If I don't eat any more tonight I'm doing good surprisingly!! Thought I wayyyyy overblew it with that huge disgusting(ly delicious) meat dinner.
Buuuuttttt I'm craving ice cream super bad. I guess I could use my exercise points towards it.
Way to go on the tuna!! Also, Mom adds tons of chopped celery and red onion to her tuna. The boys love it. Bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots sound delicious in a salad.
