A house

has never kept a family from divorce.

*not in reference to me, but in reference to my frame of mind about owning and/or living in a house.

    I have ZERO desire to own a house (or any other form of home ownership - condo, etc). I'd rather invest elsewhere and not have the upkeep and maintanace that comes with a house.

    There are positives and negatives to ALL things in life.
